Wellesley Pavilion
Kinsmen-Wellesley Pavilion is the smallest pavilion accommodating up to 100 people, located at 341 Wellesley Street. The pavilion is situated in a quieter area in the park close to walking trails and our famous bird feeder. Please note that alcohol is not permitted at the Kinsmen Wellesley Pavilion.

Rental Rates

Effective February 2022 rental rates are as follows:

8:30am to 3:30pm (or part thereof) – $250.00

4:00pm to 9:00pm (or part thereof) – $250.00

8:30am to 9:00pm (or part thereof) – $350.00

Public events surcharge – $250.00

April 1st, 2026, to secure your date, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit and a signed contract. Please note that bookings are only confirmed once both have been received. Wakamow Valley is a non-profit organization. All proceeds from facility rentals go towards the maintenance of park facilities.
