BURGERS – A Truly Saskatchewan Menu created by Moose Jaw Farm and Food Partnership

Every bite celebrates the best of Saskatchewan. This one-of-a-kind menu showcases the incredible ingredients grown and raised right here at home—from world-renowned Saskatchewan lentils and chickpeas to Saskatchewan beef. Fresh, local flavours come together to create a meal that tells the story of our province's rich agricultural heritage. It's more than dinner; it's a celebration of the farmers, ranchers, and food producers who make Saskatchewan one of the world's leading food-producing regions. Saskatchewan grows about 90% of Canada's lentils and 99% of Canada's chickpeas, making these ingredients a true point of provincial pride.

About the Moose Jaw Farm & Food Partnership

The Moose Jaw Farm & Food Partnership is bringing together producers, processors, businesses, educators, and community leaders to strengthen the region's local food economy. Their vision is to position Moose Jaw and area as a leader in agri-food innovation by connecting people, supporting local agriculture, and creating new opportunities for value-added food production. Through collaboration, education, and partnerships, they are helping build a stronger, more sustainable food system that celebrates Saskatchewan agriculture while driving economic growth throughout the region.

BANDWest of Mabou, bringing an energetic mix of East Coast and Celtic music to keep the boardwalk celebrating.

West of Mabou unites the talents of Scott Benson (fiddle), Jared Dormer (percussion), Justin Easton (guitar/bass/vocals), Alex Rasmussen (pipes/whistles), and Roberta Wallace (fiddle). Each of the band members is an experienced musician in their own right, having performed around the world.

Ten years strong now, they have received multiple nominations

Described as having a “sound all their own,” West of Mabou has seductively blended traditional tunes and new music with a hearty helping of a good ol’ western rhythm. With an arsenal of instruments at their disposal and room to explore, their sound keeps finding new horizons.
